Over the last decade, bowling has been the fastest growing high school sport nationwide.
And the Northern Kentucky area is no exception. The sport has grown tremendously in the last few years, to the point where most high schools in the area now have boys and/or girls teams competing on a weekly basis at local area bowling centers. The season runs from November to February.
If you are interested in joining a bowling team at your high school contact your school's athletic director or you can send us an email at bowl@larulanes.net and we will get you in touch with the proper coach or school official.

********************************************************************************************** Collegiate bowling is coming to Northern Kentucky University beginning with the Fall 2010 semester. And La Ru Lanes is proud to be the host center for this new bowling club.
The preliminary stages of forming this club have begun, and some students and coaches are already lined up to finalize plans. It's not too late to join in on this inaugural venture. If you are a full-time student in the Fall 2010 at NKU and are interested in joining the bowling club, contact Nick Fecher at fechern1@nku.edu for more information.
